Sporthive

A full webshop: product pages, a shopping cart, an order list, checkout and payment. Not just a product grid with no way to buy anything. It is built in PHP with a real SQL backend, so stock, orders and products are actual data, not hardcoded placeholders.

This was the first project that felt genuinely fun to build instead of an assignment to get through. E-commerce logic clicked for me: cart state, the checkout flow, and connecting the front end to a database so it works from end to end.

It is a complete, working shop, not a half-finished demo. If I went back in there is more polish and depth to add in a couple of the flows.
